Two Towers Customs Holsters a local company.
There are many others that make high quality gear, really too many to mention. The
manufactures listed above are only some that I would use to reliably retain my handgun.
I DO NOT recommend any "cheap" nylon holsters with a strap and a snap or Velcro used to retain the handgun.
I also DO NOT typically recommend leather holsters, while there are some companies manufacturing high quality leather holsters, I do not personally use leather so I don't recommend it. If you like leather holsters and want to run one that will be fine on a case by case basis. So long as it offers good retention it should not be an issue.

When it comes to Medical Gear, if you purchase nothing else, the minimum you should have and know how to use, is a Tourniquet. At this time there are only two manufacturers that I recommend.
Note: BEWARE OF COUNTERFITS!!! Over the years there have been countless cheap Chinese counterfits of tourniquets. They do not stand up to real world use and much like a gun, if you need it, you'll need it more than anything else on earth. DO NOT!!! Trust your life with "Cheap Chinese Crap!"
There have been many studies showing the fact that Tourniquets SAVE LIFES. The most powerful study I know on the subject was one that showed how many life's could have been saved during the Vietnam war. If I find the study, I will link to it below.
It should also be noted that statistically speaking you are more likely to need a tourniquet at some point in your life than you are going to need your defensive firearm. Whether it's because you need it personally, or you first on the scene of an automobile or industrial accident.
